COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Academy of Real Estate Careers, LLC is a Pennsylvania based provider of Real Estate Courses and Real Estate Licensing. We are headquartered in Pennsylvania and offer classes in Allegheny, Beaver, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. We have been in business since 2011, and we offer courses both in the classroom and online.
At Academy of Real Estate Careers, LLC we take pride in our customer service and will be here to help you long after you receive your license. In order to maximize your comprehension we offer every student the opportunity to participate in our 12 Month Policy which allows you to retake any Pre-License class for up to 1 year following the completion of your real estate courses.
ONLY $200 PER Credit
Books & Study Materials $50
Total for entire course $450
(Payable by cash, check or money order. Include your Book & Study Material Payment with your registration form)
WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY FOR A REAL ESTATE LICENSE:
- Take two classes: REAL ESTATE FUNDAMENTALS & REAL ESTATE PRACTICE (Totaling 75 Hours) We offer both these classes, which each run for 4 weeks straight – two nights a week in the evenings. Classes are offered back to back for your convenience.
- Pass two exams: STATE & NATIONAL (Registration for these will happen after you finish both classes)
- Take a Criminal Background Check
- Must be at least 18 years of age

STUDENTS MAY START WITH EITHER THE REAL ESTATE FUNDAMENTALS OR THE REAL ESTATE PRACTICE CLASS. THERE IS NOT A CERTAIN ORDER THEY MUST BE TAKEN IN BUT YOU NEED BOTH TO QUALIFY TO TAKE THE EXAMS FOR YOUR LICENSE.
